To summarize, this movie answers the question Steve Rogers posed to Tony Stark in The Avengers, “Big man in a suit of armor. Take that away and what are you?”  This film answers that question very succinctly.

Also, stay until the end of the credits.  For the love of God, who doesn’t do that after watching every Marvel Comics movie???
